In the case of sending a contact form or contacting the Controller's employees by email and phone, the subject agrees to the processing of personal data as follows:

2. The purpose of processing personal data is: Sending commercial offers by the Controller and its partners according to point 4. Specifically, it includes annual information about the start date of electronic applications for the dance workshop, information about related planned and implemented events, information about planned and implemented events of the controller's partners according to point 4.
3. The period of processing personal data is: until withdrawal

Personal data may be provided to the following third parties: By sending the contact form via the Controller's website i.e. www.tanecbezhranic.cz or contacting the Controller's employees via email or telephone call, the subject declares that they have been duly informed by the Controller about the processing and protection of personal data, that the above-mentioned personal data are accurate and true and are provided to the Controller voluntarily.
In the case of sending an application for a dance workshop organized by the Controller, the subject agrees to the processing of personal data as follows:
1. Personal data to be processed:
- name and surname,
- residence,
- email address (in case of minors, also of parents),
- telephone contact (in case of minors, also of parents),
- date of birth of the applicant,
- other personal data stated in mandatory documents such as confirmation of non-infectiousness, copies of health insurance card and child’s health eligibility assessment.
- photos, videos, audio recordings from the workshop including registered children
These personal data are necessary for the administration and organizational assurance of the dance workshop. They are data that are necessary for us for preparation and organization, and in case of necessity, they may be further required by authorized institutions (e.g., Regional Hygiene Station, healthcare facilities, etc.), to whom we are obliged to provide them. These personal data will be used exclusively for the necessary administrative preparation and organizational assurance of the workshop, for the purpose of providing relevant services organized by the organizer. These personal data will be processed for a maximum of two years, after which they will be deleted and destroyed.
2. The purpose of processing personal data is:
- data processing is necessary for the administration and organizational assurance of the dance workshop. These are data that are necessary for the Controller for the preparation and organization of the summer camp. In case of necessity, they may be required by authorized institutions (e.g., Regional Hygiene Station, healthcare facilities, etc.), to whom we are obliged to provide them. These personal data will be used exclusively for the necessary administrative preparation and organizational assurance of the camp stay, for the purpose of providing relevant services organized by the Controller.

- the participant agrees to the potential use of photographs or video recordings capturing their person. These photographs and video recordings will be used exclusively for the presentation and promotion of the dance workshop and similar activities under the direction of the Data Controller and its partners according to point 4, on social networks, physical carriers, advertising spots, and other carriers.
3. The period of processing personal data is: The period of consent for processing and storing the following personal data: name, surname, email address, telephone contact is granted indefinitely until withdrawal. Photographs, video recordings will be processed for an unlimited period without the possibility of withdrawing consent. Other personal data will be processed for a maximum of two years, after which they will be deleted and destroyed.
4. Personal data may be provided to the following third parties:
By sending the contact form via the Controller's website i.e. www.aledeto.cz or contacting the Controller's employees via email or phone call, the subject declares that they have been duly informed by the Controller about the processing and protection of personal data, that the above-mentioned personal data are accurate and true and are provided to the Controller voluntarily. Furthermore, the Subject agrees that the consent to the processing of personal data can be revoked at any time by email notification to krnov@aledeto.cz. Furthermore, the Subject agrees that the consent to the processing of personal data given when sending an application for a dance workshop is obligatory.
